Drop Off/Self-Return Information
If you have chosen delivery, simply place the device and its accessories in the pre-paid return mailer bag included in your shipment. Drop it off at any SingPost mailbox hassle-free.

For those who have misplaced the provided return mailer bag or have opted for self-pickup, please place the device and its accessories in the Yoowifi pouch. You can then easily self-return it to any available pick-up and return locations.

You will need to return the device within 7 days after your travel end date, a fee of SGD 100 will be imposed if the device is not returned or when there are 7 days of non-usage.

  • Daily Rates are based on Singapore time GMT+8 0000hrs to 2359hrs.
  • For order cancellation, a charge of 10% of the order will apply.
  • The minimum charge for the order is S$10.
